This month’s Monterey Herald Article is about ultra running. As many of my elite friends are venturing into this world, I am worried I might get the bug to try it. Check the whole article out here.

Michael Aish on a training run. At least the good thing about ultras is you to explore some amazing places in training and racing.

Fun reading your article. I suspect you would find a trail 50k surprisingly enjoyable, the pressure of pace and speed are not there, aid stations have all sorts of amazing goodies like M&Ms and flat soda pop, the views are outstanding… I really hope a trail ultra is in your running future at some point… You will love it! (And kick ass too)

Love to hear from YOU!
