Well, it’s here…the big 40. How did this happen?!!! So, I admit I have been in a bit of funk about it…that and few other things. My husband, Jon, who has been listening to Podcast up the ying yang due to his 90 minute commute up to Stanford University every day showed me a great Ted talk the other day. It resonated…on many levels…for myself and my running career, on how I want my kids to grow up and approach life. I was so intrigued I bought The Happiness Advantage by Shaun Anchor. It’s a quick and hilarious read, and one I highly recommend. Trust me..watch the video! I’ll have more to say on turning 40 in my next Monterey Hearld Column, so check back soon. Dream big- Blake
